CUSTOMS REFUSAL
Customers are fully responsible for packages rejected by customs for any reason, including refusal to pay taxes, prohibited items, or other customs-related issues. If a refused package is returned to SKIN1004, we will not reship it unless the customer pays for the shipping costs again. For these cases, SKIN1004 will not provide any refunds or replacements for customs-related issues.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Please note that once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled. A minimum amount of order is $40.00 USD.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES & DELAYS
The duration of international shipping varies based on the location, usually taking between 4-10 business days. However, circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, service disruption, customs duties, local customs procedures, and inspections, may cause delivery delays or interruptions. SKIN1004 cannot be held responsible or liable for such instances.

Please note that the quantity, volume, or size of a package may sometimes cause delivery delays due to events or conditions within the shipping company.

SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

If customers provide an incorrect shipping address, we cannot pack or ship their package. Packages sent to an invalid or incorrect address may not be received, could be lost, may incur additional shipping fees, or result in delivery delays. 

Customers are therefore fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information when creating an order, and refunds cannot be issued for issues arising from incorrect address information. If customers wish to receive the items, they must place a new order.
