Orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive following shipping. Customers will receive email updates with tracking information.
In the instance where there has been no movement in your parcel tracking or if the package is showing as delivered but you haven't received it, we advise customers to contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided via email.
Order
Unfortunately it is not often possible to cancel an order once it has been placed as they are processed very quickly. We ask that all customers double check their orders before confirming. If the customer makes an error in their order it is their responsibility to pay for shipping to return the item for a refund.
Opened items cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons. In circumstances where the customer has placed an incorrect order they may return an unopened item but it is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping a package back to the warehouse.
For missing or damaged items please contact our customer service team at hello@skin1004korea.com and we will have a replacement shipped as soon as possible. For damaged items please include an image.
